Who cares which is faster? It's all about PERFORMANCE! So far, the 360 seems to handle multi-platform games with fewer hiccups than the PS3. But the system has a one year advantage on the PS3, and programmers haven't had as much time to learn how to harness the PS3's capability. I currently own a PS3, but I will buy a 360 if it continues to out-perform the PS3. Time will tell.....

Xbox 360 is the BEST gaming hardware! This article is proof that shows a side-by-side comparison of the Xbox 360 specs compared to the Playstation 3 specs. The only area PS3 outperforms Xbox 360 is Floating Point math stuff. This means the PS3 is a nice calculator for business spreadsheets, but it isn’t too good for videogame graphics. How many times do people have to say it; the Xbox 360 GPU is way better than the Playstation 3 GPU. The Playstation 3 is DIFFICULT to work with because of those memory bottlenecks! Sony will have defective systems, too. PS2 had defects, so why wouldn’t PS3. All of my friends I hang out with believe that the Xbox 360 will be the best selling system this time, with the Wii second, and the Playstation 3 last. Xbox 360 came out first, it is the most powerful system, developers love working with it, and it is priced right. Playstation Magazines say Xbox 360 is Best! The Independent Playstation Magazine did a side-by-side comparison where Gears of War for the Xbox 360 was compared to similar games for the Playstation 3. This is what the Independent Playstation Magazine had to say: "Second Generation Xbox 360 games like Gears of War are the reason why Playstation 3 will NOT have the best graphics." USA Today said that the Best Game of the 2006 E3 was Gears of War for the Xbox 360.
