“Kameo: Elements of Power” for Xbox 360. Details revealed!
In a recent interview with the Japanese media, George Andreas, Rare Ltd’s Senior Designer, revealed exclusive details of Rare’s upcoming Xbox 360 action-adventure game entitled “Kameo: Elements of Power.”

“Kameo: Elements of Power” has been under development since 2000, and is now reaching completion. At present, Rare developers and designers are fine tuning the game’s visual quality for its debut at the Tokyo Game Show on 16 September 2005.
Rare has invested a considerable amount in Kameo’s development in order to create an Xbox 360 game with impeccable next-generation graphics and innovative gameplay. Interestingly, much time, effort and money was spent programming realistic-looking water! In addition to this, “Kameo: Elements of Power” boasts some innovative features not seen in current generation Xbox games:
- “Lip synch” - the characters’ lip movements have been programmed to match their speech exactly.
- Player hint system - the game analyses player behaviour and provides hints to improve gameplay.
- Huge battle scenes - Kameo features battle scenes involving 3000 - 5000 characters, a feat which could not be accomplished on Xbox 1.
Rare’s fusion of multiple game genres in “Kameo: Elements of Power” guarantees gamers a unique gaming experience, and will help cement Rare’s market position as a developer of games with widespread appeal.
