It’s a curvy mother! The Xbox 360 design is the result of a co-operation between two design firms, San Francisco-based Astro Studios and Osaka, Japan-based Hers Experimental Design Laboratory Inc.

The angle of the picture shown reveals also the two ways the new Xbox console can be placed, namely flat and upright (look for the rubber feet). The power button (the big green lit thing) is actually in a cool recess. If the new console sports a removable 20 GB harddrive, why do we need two slots for memory units, reportedly 64 MB ones? Beats me!

What you can’t see from this angle is that the console case is equipped with an ample supply of vent holes to keep all the power at normal operating temperature.
