I've just talked to a Sony Store rep. He said it's more than likely retail stores will begin accepting pre-orders in late July. I think I would rather wait and see. Afterall remember what happen to MIcrosoft. They boasted the Xbox 360 will be available for the public in November last year but they ran into problems. As a result nothing showed up until early January with the problems finally solved by March. Sony may run into a similar problem if they don't have their retail soruces in place for the November global launch of the PS3. Either way we should know soon enough.

If the playstation 3 does not come out before august when madden comes out i will boycott playstation 3 and become an x-box man due to sony lying
