Console Shape: Concave vs Convex

With all the comparisons being made between the features and specs of the upcoming PlayStation 3 and XBox 360, it would be a refreshing change to focus on the most obvious difference between the two. Have you noticed that the PS3 is convex in shape while the XBox 360 is concave?

Poll: PS3, Xbox 360 or Revolution. Which console looks best?

With images of all three major consoles being released recently, there is much debate about their appearance. Sony released images of the PlayStation 3 at E3 followed closely by Nintendo with the Revolution console. Images of the XBox 360 have been available for a while longer.
