sony’s makin up stuff to cover their asses just like they did when the dreamcast came out, they told everyone that the ps2 would be twice as powerful- WRONG the dreamcast was MORE powerful than the ps2, not that it matters now, how many of you own a hdtv and play games, not to mention im not gonna pay 400 bucks only to have the laser burn out and sony screw me over.

im not pro x-box either, theyre the ones who started this whole powerful is better thing, if that were true the ps2 would have been laughed at. im not buying a ps3 or xbox caus my computer already gets better graphics AND computer screens are BETTER then hdtv screens. thats right! im buyin revolution and i dont care which console “wins”.

the ps2 “won” but guess what? it didnt make the most money, gamecube did. and x-box actually lost money! revolution will be able to produce the best graphics a normal tv can show so unless you own a hdtv, you wont see the difference, all youll get is an expensive heater. hmm that kinda levels the playing field…

now with revolution gets a new, revolutionary, wireless controller. for those that that scares nintendo will also have a not yet shown controller attachment which will be more like a traditional controller.

sony gets, the dildo pad. it doesnt do anything the dualshock didnt, oh yeah its wireless (just like EVERY other console)

microsofts controller loses a button and goes wireless, but only with the $400 version

nintendo is going to have an online service FREE, and will have 100’s of games ready to download as soon as the console launches

sony will not have an online service but will be connectable to the internet. that means that the companies that make the games have to get their own servers. which means only large companies will be able go online which will signifigantly reduce online playability (for reference the ps2 did the exact same thing)

microsoft will have an online service but you will have to pay for it. it will have some dowloadable games as well as downloadable game previews (now THATS a cool feature).

now, for the few of us who own a hdtv go for xbox. the difference in power between it and the ps3 is debatable and it has more features.

for everyone else, go for the revolution it has many more features, more choice in games (the 100’s of downloadable games), and will maximize youre gaming expirience with the added bonus of not taking all youre money (which you can instead spend on actual games). oh yeah, and nintendo has much less (if not none at all) history of problems with malfunctioning systems and have always made their systems very sturdy.

one last note- how many games use your current gen system to the fullest extent? (think RE4) just dont think all of the games for the system you choose will have mind blowing graphics.

if you havent been convinced by this then you have been corrupted by this “hd era” besides who says its the “hd era”? that bald scrawny guy working for microsoft? who is he to say that hd is all that matters for the next gen? should we all go and spend thousands of dollars because somebody trying to sell something tells us to?

dont let big companies think for you.
