The PS3 is using a cell processor, something that cost them billions to develop, and a Blu ray drive, the most expensive DVD format after holographic disk.
And all this is supposed cost less than the standard DVD drive and triple core processor employed in the 360? I know that Sony can manufacture their own stuff but that still doesn’t make any sense.
previous reports said the bul ray drive alone would cost $100 per unit. what’s up with these figures?
