This isn’t a first for Sony. With the PS2 and the PSP, they’ve taken losses. They could care less. They’ll make a return. If they didn’t the first couple times, they wouldn’t throw away more money. The gaming branch of Sony is the only one making money right now.

David- If it is illegal, then the US has allowed Sony to set a precidence. It’d be ludicrous to try and do something about it now.
