He did say that it was 2x as powerful, but take a look at the situation. He meant that it will be 2x powerful(in the future). There is no way that the developers can fully utilize all the power of the PS3 yet. The Xbox360’s power will be fully used before the PS3’s capabilities are done. So basically, the Xbox360 will stop getting better (graphic and game wise) before the PS3 does.
