No I don’t think it will costs more than $US 500 for several reasons. First, the PS3 will have state of the art technology within its shell. Second with all its features the console must be priced competitively. Third I don’t think gamers will pay more than $US 400 for the PS3. Sony will loose its shares of the gamer market and consumers with anything higher than the $US 400 price cap. IMO I believe the PS3 will have an intro price no higher than the PS2’s launch price.
