I agree with Shaun and Sam. Although I find their attitude highly unprofessional I would never buy me an XBOX 360 or a Nintento Wii.
I guess the best possible thing to do is the following:

Wait until the PS3 is fixed and works properly (usually the first packages delivered are unusable), the price comes down a bit (happens automatically afters a little bit of time) and then go for it.

Next comment: "if u think of it, how long are u gona wa [...]"
Previous comment: "I find this behavior from Sony inaccepta [...]"
