32bit! ?!? Have you had a look at top500.org? These machines include BigBlue, and the Japanese metereology bureau. Top500 includes IBM supercomputers, NEC Vector processing systems (**256Bit** processors!).
Please note: Size (width) does not equal performance: 128bit just means that BIG numbers can be manipulated in a single operation - NOT that smaller CPUs have to do more operations! The most common operations in CPUs are direct register operations (which only require more than 1 operation IFF the numbers involved require more than 1 extended register to hold.) or simple jumps and maths which dot not require 64 bit addresses, let alone 128bit!
